Pair of 1970s hand-carved tropical fruit wall plaques, signed

Pair of vintage hand-carved wooden wall plaques, dating from around the 1970s. Each oval panel features an intricate openwork arrangement of tropical fruits and foliage, including pineapples, bananas and bunches of grapes. Although designed as a pair, the individual carvings have subtle differences, giving them a lovely handcrafted character. Beautifully warm natural wood tones and a distinctly retro tropical feel make these ideal statement pieces for a mid-century, bohemian or eclectic interior.

Both are signed/monogrammed by the carver to the reverse, although I have been unable to identify the maker.
