1950s/60s small blown glass black & white hound figurine

A vintage blown glass hound figurine in black and white glass. This delicate little dog has an elongated form with stylised features, long tail and slim legs reminiscent of whippet or greyhound figures often produced in Murano-style studio glass during the mid-century period. The hand-blown construction and playful abstract detailing give it lots of retro character despite its small size. A quirky and decorative little piece with strong 1950s/60s Italian art glass styling.
