1960s kitsch ceramic big-eyed cat bell with pink bow

Vintage ceramic bell dating from around the 1960s to early 1970s, in the shape of a seated white cat with oversized blue eyes, painted eyelashes and a pink bow. The hollow ceramic figure retains its original suspended clapper inside, making this a functional decorative bell rather than simply a cat figurine. A fabulous little piece of mid-century kitsch and a lovely addition to a collection of vintage cats, novelty ceramics or retro homewares.
