1960s blue pink & lime mosaic print needlecord fabric, 35" x 68"

Vintage 1960s fine needlecord fabric featuring a mosaic-style print in blue, pink, lime green, white and black. The busy all-over design is made up of overlapping squares and rectangular panels filled with stylised florals, geometric medallions, scrolls and decorative motifs, giving it a colourful mosaic or patchwork effect. The fabric has a very fine ribbed/corduroy texture, similar to pinwale cord or needlecord, which can be seen particularly well in the close-up photographs. A fantastic period fabric ideal for vintage-style skirts, dresses, pinafores, children's clothing, accessories and other sewing projects.
