1960s Asian cork diorama landscape shadow box picture

Vintage 1960s/70s three-dimensional cork diorama depicting an Asian landscape with traditional buildings, a pagoda, trees and a small boat on the water. Hand-carved from natural cork and set against a soft blue background, and presented in a wooden shadow box frame with a contrasting blue mount. A wonderful decorative piece for collectors of vintage Asian art, mid-century home décor or travel souvenirs.

Sold as seen – please also see photos for detailed visual description. The reverse retains its original paper backing and hanging cord although the frame shows light age-related wear commensurate with age and use.
