1960s/70s Empoli style cobalt blue Italian glass decanter

A vintage cobalt blue glass decanter in a classic mid-century Italian style, featuring a bold pressed diamond pattern and oversized matching stopper. A wonderfully decorative piece with strong retro styling, ideal for a drinks cabinet, cocktail bar or mid-century interior. Likely produced in the Empoli region of Italy during the 1960s/70s, with the rich cobalt colouring and geometric moulded design typical of the era.

There is some internal water marking/mineral residue visible within the corners of the bottle, along with age related wear to the plastic stopper insert which has become fragile and partially broken over time. The stopper still sits in place for display purposes.
