1960s/70s avocado green sunburst abstract fabric, 48" x 68"

Vintage 1960s/70s fabric featuring a large-scale sunburst abstract design in tonal shades of avocado green, lime, olive, brown and cream. The design is formed from large repeating radiating bursts with expressive, painterly strokes, creating a sunburst/starburst effect. The earthy avocado and olive colour palette gives it a distinctive late mid-century look. A generous piece of original vintage fabric with a fantastic large-scale repeat, ideal for statement cushions, upholstery panels, curtains, textile art or other retro interior projects.

Sold as seen – please also see photos for detailed visual description. The fabric appears to have originally been hemmed and retains visible fold/crease lines from the former hems. There is also a couple of small white paint marks near one edge. Approx 48" x 68" (122 x 173 cm), including the selvedge.
