A charming piece of mid-century collecting history, this 1959 Brooke Bond album was designed to house a complete set of 50 collectible tea cards celebrating wild flowers. Illustrated and described by renowned artist C.F. Tunnicliffe R.A., each card explores the remarkable diversity of flower shapes and colours whilst explaining their shared biological purpose: producing fertile seeds. The cards are thoughtfully arranged in approximate flowering order, creating a natural progression through the seasons. From humble buttercups to exotic orchids, this album captures the universal beauty found across all flower species.

My love affair with the 1950s and 1960s began back in my teenage years. While others were chasing trends, I was diving headfirst into the music, the style, and the lifestyle of those eras. Fast-forward a few decades, and nothing’s changed—I’m still a self-confessed vintage addict (and happily so!).

In 2015, I opened my Etsy shop to share my passion with others. Ten years, countless treasures, and thousands of happy customers later, I’ve decided it’s time to branch out and take the next step—building my own little corner of the internet dedicated to all things mid-century and retro.

Whether you’re a fellow collector, a nostalgic soul, or just someone who loves a one-of-a-kind find, I’d love for you to take a look around.
