1950s John Dickinson Hostess poodle print absorbent coasters

A set of vintage 1950s absorbent paper coasters by John Dickinson, sold under the popular Hostess brand. This unused pack features a black-and-white illustration of two poodles framed within a decorative scalloped border. The original backing card remains intact, displaying Hostess branding and promotional information on the reverse. Designed to absorb condensation and protect polished furniture from rings and spills, these coasters were a stylish addition to mid-century homes. Today they make a wonderful display piece for collectors of vintage advertising, paper ephemera, barware and poodle-themed memorabilia.
